The New York meditation studio Inscape has the most amazing meditation dome and a curated shop with all kinds of interesting wellness products. A gift card to meditation sessions is a nice way to unplug and reset when back from a trip. Inscape also has a meditation and sleep app that is very well done.

Have steamer, will travel. I have a full-size Rowenta Garment Steamer at home and I am obsessed with it. I take my portable steamer with me, since you never know what kind of situation exists at the hotel you are staying in, and I’d rather be prepared.
