GOTTA GO TO PORTHAULT

by Marisa Marcantonio

Tis the season for amazing post- holiday sales. Two times a year, the French linen company known for it's bold and colorful floral prints has a sale well worth attending. The companies American-owners since 2005, Joan and Bernard Carl, recently received a Légion d'honneur award from French President Nicolas Sarkozy for their commitment to producing in France and reviving the historic brand. They have been hard at work creating great new archival print accessories and sheeting with the signature colored flange that sets it apart from the rest, making it one of the best.
