CAN'T GET ENOUGH BLUE AND WHITE? 3 GARDEN STOOLS TO LOVE

by Marisa Marcantonio

Garden stools, the versatile decorative accessory have been spotted in living rooms and sitting rooms, library's and porches, providing the perfect side table.  Because of their interesting shape and small footprint, garden seats make a nice addition when space is at a premium. You can find interesting one's out there, and when I came across this trio of blue and white patterned ceramic versions at Wisteria I knew they were worth sharing.  I love their versatility, and garden stools have become a new classic accessory in fresh traditional interiors.

The painterly squiggles and dashes of the Zen Stool feels very 1980's but very now because of the monochromatic contrast of the blue and white

A spiral design in two shades of blue on the Koan has a bit of whimsy; I like the use of positive and nagative space

In a candy stripe, the Dharma would mix well with prints and solids
